LIMITED PRINTS EDITION RULES

Since 2020, there is no longer public LIMITED PRINTS EDITION (numbered, signed & dated print).
We don’t want a trade market, we want the artworks to end up with real art lovers and not to pop up in auctions sales.
We are kicking off the FIGHT AGAINST FLIPPERS, whoever wants to trade must go to STOCK EXCHANGE and not do it with Goin’s art.
Our loyal collector’s group that has been around for over 20 years will get release tickets (Max. 2 per person). Each collector has the opportunity to give one of his friends a ticket. Any owner of a work by Goin accompanied by a Certificate Of Authenticity (C.O.A.) can apply for release tickets by sending a proof to admin@goinart.net. Should we notice that if this work is being traded without our consent, we will ban this person from us.
For the sake of equity and accessibility, we give everybody the opportunity to acquire a signed piece from GOIN: We launch a TIME LIMITED OPEN EDITION print every year (2 Months run per year / signed & dated but not numbered).
Also, If you are new and want to become a Goin’s collector you can start by ordering an artwork directly to Goin (admin@goinart.net).

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Works on paper are shipped in tubes.
Please allow up to 30 days for delivery.
Shipping charges will be displayed in the cart, and will vary with the number of items, and with which country you are ordering to.

PAYMENT & TAXES

Goin only accept Paypal payment (they accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express…).
You don’t need a Paypal account to purchase.
Only Paypal will get your credit card information.
International customers are responsible for import fees & taxes due upon delivery.

RETURNS

Except in cases of damages no returns will be accepted.
Goin is not Walmart, so think before you buy…

DAMAGES & REFUNDS

Be carefull when you receive the package.
If the package is damaged, please DO NOT accept it upon delivery.
No refunds or exchange will be made if you accepted a damaged package.
All damages must be reported by email within 24 hours of the goods being received.
The package will then be returned, and you will get a new artwork, or be refunded the full amount you paid, including shipping costs. You will then be given a replacement for the damaged artwork.
If Goin is unable to replace the product you will be refunded the full amount you paid for the artwork.
Goin reserve the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.

UNWRAP PRINTS

Works on paper are rolled in tissue paper and bubble wrap which are taped shut. DO NOT attempt to tear the tape. You may accidentally damage the print by doing so. The only safe way to open your print is to use a utility knife and slice the tape open.
